1. Responsible for Attendance, Leaves & Payroll Management.
2. Identifying the training needs, conducting training programmes (Internal & External), PRDMS, Succession Planning.
3. Responsible for statutory compliance, and records under various labor laws.
4. Lead Industrial Relations activities, maintain harmonious employee relations, support wage settlements, and coordinate with employee representatives/unions as required.
5. Maintaining good rapport with government authorities like Fire, Factories, Labour, PCB, PF & ESIC, etc.
6. Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling.
7. Employee welfare and employee engagement.
8. Workforce / Contract Labour Management.
9. Administration, Canteen & transport management.
10. Valuable at Presentations & Communications.
11. Cost Effectiveness Projects Implementation on Administration.
12. Facilitate HR-related WCM initiatives, including People Development (PD), Focused Improvement (FI), Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Workplace Organization (5S), and Cost Deployment activities.
13. Possess working knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies and actively support deployment of WCM pillars across the plant.

Support and monitor compliance with ISO standards, safety audits, emergency preparedness activities, and legal EHS obligations.
