ROLE SUMMARY Paradigm Realty is seeking an experienced Manager - Finishing to execute finishing works on one or more towers of large residential and high-rise developments, from blockwork and internal finishes through fit-outs, snagging and handover.

The candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of finishing works, a good understanding of finishing sequences and the ability to drive finishing contractors to daily and monthly targets. The Manager - Finishing will be accountable for finishing progress, workmanship, quality and flat handover at tower level, reporting to the AGM - Finishing / AGM - Construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute finishing works in assigned towers, including blockwork, plaster / gypsum, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, doors, windows and railings.
- Prepare and track floor-wise and flat-wise finishing schedules, and implement recovery plans for delays.
- Plan finishing manpower and materials, and raise requirements in advance.
- Review finishing drawings and resolve site queries with architects,



interior and MEP consultants.
- Execute work as per approved mock-up / sample flat standards and material specifications.
- Supervise finishing contractors, and monitor productivity, workmanship and adherence to work orders.
- Check and verify contractor measurements, and support the Billing team in timely certification of bills.
- Track material consumption and wastage for tiles, paint, gypsum and other finishing materials.
- Coordinate MEP first-fix and second-fix with finishing activities to avoid rework.
- Ensure quality through inspections and checklists, and close NCRs and snag lists.
- Enforce site safety norms in coordination with the EHS team.
- Support CRM during flat inspections, customer walk-throughs and possession.
- Lead, guide and develop finishing engineers and supervisors.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly MIS on finishing progress, snags, quality and safety.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 8-12 years of experience in finishing works for real-estate residential or commercial projects.
