Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Financial Management & Accounting

- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.

B. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Oversee tax planning, return filings, and assessments.
- Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits.

C. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Develop and monitor financial MIS and management reports.
- Analyse financial performance, profitability, and cost structures.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
- Monitor budgets against actual performance and identify variances.

D. Fundraising & Banking

- Manage banking relationships and financial institutions.




- Handle fundraising activities through debt and equity financing.
- Prepare financial models, business plans, and investor presentations.
- Manage loan documentation, credit facilities, and banking negotiations.
- Monitor loan covenants, interest costs, and repayment schedules.

E. Audit & Internal Controls

- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
- Identify financial risks and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability in financial operations.

F. Strategic Finance & Business Support

- Work closely with senior management on financial strategy and business planning.
- Support business expansion, recent projects, investments, and financial restructuring.
- Evaluate project feasibility, ROI, and investment proposals.
- Provide financial guidance to different business verticals.
