Job Summary:
Lodha Group is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Modelling Analyst to support real estate project feasibility, financial planning, and investment analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models for real estate projects, including cash flows, revenue projections, and cost estimates.
- Conduct project feasibility, profitability, IRR, ROI, and sensitivity analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for management.
- Analyse project performance and identify financial risks and opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling.
- Understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and real estate economics.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
