Position Overview The Technology & BI Analytics team is rapidly expanding its enterprise analytics capabilities to support global operations. We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable business intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in migrating legacy data workflows, establishing robust data models,



and delivering high-impact dashboards that adhere to strict corporate branding standards.

You will collaborate closely with citizen developers and business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable operational insights.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Dashboard Development: Design, build, and deploy interactive enterprise dashboards using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Data Source Integration: Extract, transform, and load data from diverse enterprise sources, including legacy Teradata environments, Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse’s, PostgreSQL databases, and SharePoint-hosted Excel files.
- Data Modelling & Architecture: Architect structured, modular data models utilizing Star Schema and Medallion architecture principles (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) to optimize query performance and decouple reporting from underlying backend databases.
- Enterprise Data Migration: Support the migration of transformation logic from legacy systems (e.g., Teradata source views) into Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse’s and Power BI semantic models.
- Corporate Branding Compliance: Apply strict corporate identity guidelines to all UI/UX designs, ensuring accurate and consistent use of DHL Postyellow (#FFCC00) and DHL Red (#D40511) across all reporting interfaces.
- Ecosystem Integration: Work alongside automated workflows and low-code platforms (Power Automate,



Power Apps, UiPath) to provide comprehensive, data-driven solutions for business support units.
- Governance & Enablement: Champion best practices in data governance, semantic model management, and technical documentation to support the broader Citizen Developer Programme.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

- Core BI Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
- Data Source Expertise: Hands-on experience querying, joining, and integrating complex data from enterprise platforms like Teradata, relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL), and cloud storage architectures.
- Data Architecture: Deep understanding of dimensional modelling (Star Schema) and modern data Lakehouse architectures (Microsoft Fabric).
- UI/UX Design: Proven ability to design clean, performant, and brand-compliant data visualizations using custom HTML/CSS interfaces where necessary.
- Good to Have Skills: Familiarity or hands-on experience with MS Flow (Power Automate), Copilot Studio, and Python to support advanced automation and AI-driven initiatives.
- Experience: 3 years of dedicated experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or enterprise reporting, preferably within a logistics, freight, or shared services environment.
