- Department Rotation: Rotate through key business functions (e.g., sales, customer service, finance, operations) to learn daily workflows and objectives.
- Shadowing & Learning: Observe senior managers and executives, attend training sessions, and master company policies, software, and compliance standards.
- Data & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and track operational data, key performance indicators (KPIs), or financial/revenue reports.
- Project Support: Assist with team projects, process improvements, or administrative tasks to increase efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Help schedule staff, pre-screen candidates, support daily communication, and resolve customer or operational issues under supervision.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
