Reporting To

Depot Manager / Depot Officer

1. Job Purpose To support the Depot Manager and Depot Officers in managing day-to-day depot operations, coordinating with relevant departments, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to smooth and efficient depot-level management.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Depot Manager and Depot Officers with daily depot operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with Traffic, Engineering, HR, and other departments to support smooth operations.
- Maintain daily reports, attendance records, operational data, and depot-related documentation.
- Monitor daily activities and follow up on pending tasks with the concerned teams.
- Support staff coordination, employee-related matters, and the follow-up of operational issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and management instructions at depot level.




- Identify operational challenges and report them promptly to the Depot Manager or concerned officer.

3. Required Skills

- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Basic to good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and report preparation.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn depot operations and management processes.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle assigned responsibilities.
- Proactive attitude, discipline, adaptability, and a professional approach.

4. Job Locations Candidates may be assigned to any one of the following seven depots in Mumbai:

- Wadala Depot
- Mulund Depot
- Santacruz Depot
- Majas Depot
- Dindoshi Depot
- Dharavi Depot
- Pratiksha Nagar Depot (PND)

5. Employment & Location Note Final depot allocation will be decided by management based on operational requirements. Candidates should be willing to work at the assigned depot.
