1. Educational Qualifications

- Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Essential Qualification: MBA in Information Technology, Systems, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related specialisation.
- Candidates with a combination of technical knowledge and management education will be preferred.

2. Job Purpose To support the IT & Digital Transformation function in implementing technology-driven initiatives, improving business processes, and enabling digital adoption across the organisation. The Management Trainee will work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, assist in technology implementation, analyse data, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across corporate and operational functions. 3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

- Support digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimisation, and digitalisation.
- Assist in gathering business requirements from departments such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Administration.
- Participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of digital tools and technology solutions.

B. Data Analytics & Reporting

- Collect, consolidate, and analyse data to support business decision-making.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards,



and presentations for management review.
- Assist in identifying trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
- Support data validation, reporting accuracy, and documentation.

C. Enterprise Applications & Systems

- Assist in supporting enterprise applications such as ERP/SAP and other business systems, as applicable.
- Coordinate with business users to understand application-related challenges and improvement requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and implementation activities.
- Assist in documenting workflows, functional requirements, and system enhancement requests.

D. Emerging Technologies & Automation

- Research emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Business Intelligence tools.
- Identify potential use cases for automation and AI across business functions.
- Support pilot projects, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technology adoption initiatives.
- Assist in assessing the effectiveness of implemented solutions through defined performance indicators.

E. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Support project planning, tracking, documentation, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology vendors, and implementation partners.




- Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and pending actions.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to IT and digital transformation initiatives.

F. Cybersecurity & IT Governance

- Assist in implementing IT policies, information security practices, and access control procedures.
- Support compliance with organisational IT standards and cybersecurity guidelines.
- Help maintain documentation related to IT audits, risk assessments, and system controls.
- Promote awareness of responsible technology usage and data protection practices.

4. Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of digital technologies, enterprise applications, and business process optimisation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good coordination, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

5. Experience

- 03 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, data analytics, enterprise applications, or technology implementation.
- Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge, internships, or academic projects are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the essential educational qualifications.
