Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Alliance Manager – South Region & North Region to develop and manage strategic partnerships with maternity hospitals, paediatric clinics, baby care centres and healthcare institutions. The role will focus on building strong professional relationships, driving brand awareness, identifying business opportunities and expanding MiniKlub's customer reach through institutional alliances.

Freshers with excellent communication skills, a strong interest in sales and business development, and the confidence to build professional relationships are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with maternity hospitals, paediatric clinics, baby care centres and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, gynaecologists, paediatricians, hospital administrators and healthcare professionals.
- Explore new business opportunities and alliance channels to strengthen brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute hospital-based branding initiatives, promotional activities, baby welcome kits and awareness campaigns.




- Coordinate hospital engagement programmes and partnership activities to promote MiniKlub products and services.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms and mutually beneficial business arrangements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and generate business leads.
- Conduct regular field visits and partner meetings across the South Region.
- Monitor alliance performance, business contribution and partnership effectiveness.
- Prepare periodic reports on partnership activities, market opportunities and business outcomes.

Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or relationship management.
- Candidates from healthcare, FMCG, retail, baby care, or service-oriented industries will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Marketing or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with confidence, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru & Delhi Travel: Extensive travel across the Region as required.
