Urgent Hiring – Maintenance In-charge (Hospital)

Sri Singhvi Health Centre, Chennai is looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance In-charge to manage hospital maintenance activities, equipment and infrastructure.

127, Brick Kiln Rd, Purasaiwakkam, Chennai – 600007

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
- Hospital maintenance experience preferred.
- Good technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of AC, DG, UPS, lifts and other hospital facilities.
- Ability to handle maintenance teams and technicians.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and handle emergencies.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day hospital maintenance activities.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing and AC maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of hospital equipment and facilities.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and housekeeping-related maintenance requirements.




- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors.
- Handle breakdowns and emergency maintenance complaints.
- Conduct regular inspections of hospital infrastructure.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
- Monitor DG, UPS, lifts, pumps and other utilities.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
- Prepare maintenance reports and update management.

Qualification:

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Shift:

- General / Rotational Shift.
- Must be available for emergency maintenance requirements.
