Role & responsibilities

- Preventive &
- Breakdown Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance and quick breakdown repairs on heavy plant machinery including oil expellers, seed crushers, conveyors, blenders, and high-pressure steam boilers.

- Pump &

- Valve Overhauling: Diagnose, dismantle, overhaul, and reassemble critical fluid-handling machinery such as centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, rotary valves, and pipelines to ensure zero oil leakage.

- Precision Machinery Alignment: Carry out accurate leveling, alignment, and balancing of mechanical components like shafts, couplings, gears, pulleys, and v-belts to eliminate vibrations and premature wear.

- Equipment Overhauling: Replace defective parts including bearings, oil seals, gaskets, bushings, and chains to restore equipment to optimal production standards.

- Fabrication &

- Gas Cutting: Read basic mechanical drawings to perform structural fabrication, gas cutting, and basic arc welding for pipeline modifications or equipment framing adjustments.

- Safety &

- Compliance: Adhere strictly to industrial safety protocols, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures, and hygiene standards required in a food-grade oil manufacturing facility.
