About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Maintenance Engineer Trainee to support the maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery, equipment, and manufacturing systems. The candidate will work alongside experienced maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure smooth plant operations, minimize equipment downtime, and maintain machinery reliability. This role provides practical exposure to industrial maintenance, equipment servicing, and preventive maintenance procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist in routine inspection and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential mechanical or operational issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related faults.
- Perform routine servicing, lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of machine components under supervision.




- Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and service reports.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime and operational disruptions.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates interested in industrial maintenance and equipment management are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
