- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical power presses, pneumatic presses, and related equipment.

- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems, including:

- Pneumatic cylinders and actuators.

- Directional control valves (5/2, 3/2, 5/3).

- FRL units, regulators, and lubricators.

- Solenoid valves and pneumatic circuits.

- Air leakage and pressure-related problems.

- Handle maintenance of power presses, including:

- Mechanical power presses.

- Clutch and brake systems.

- Flywheel and crankshaft assemblies.

- Connecting rods and slide mechanisms.

- Press alignment and lubrication systems.

- Attend machine breakdowns and identify root causes to minimize downtime.

- Carry out periodic inspection of press machines and pneumatic equipment.





- Maintain hydraulic and lubrication systems wherever applicable.

- Monitor machine performance and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

- Coordinate with production teams to ensure maximum machine availability.

- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.

- Ensure compliance with machine safety standards and follow LOTO procedures.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to improve machine efficiency and reliability.

- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of recent machines.
