Job Overview

Bhakti Polyplast is looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Engineer to manage maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of injection moulding machines and other industrial machinery used in our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate should have good practical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and basic electrical systems, along with the ability to independently identify and resolve machine breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and other industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and basic electrical faults.
- Maintain auxiliary equipment such as compressors, pumps, motors, grinders, mixers, conveyors and other factory equipment.
- Identify machine problems and carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Inspect hydraulic systems, gearboxes, bearings, motors, pumps, valves, sensors and other machine components.
- Monitor machine performance and identify recurring breakdown issues.
- Coordinate with Production for planned maintenance and breakdown resolution.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and preventive maintenance checklists.




- Identify spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the Stores department.
- Coordinate with external service providers for major repairs when required.
- Ensure machine safety, proper maintenance practices and workplace housekeeping.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4–7 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
- Strong practical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, sensors and machine controls.
- Experience in injection moulding machine maintenance will be an advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair different types of industrial machines.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

Reporting The Maintenance Engineer will report to the Maintenance Manager / Management and coordinate closely with the Production team. Job Location: Bhakti Polyplast, Kubadthal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
