Role & responsibilities

- Machining process planning, machine utilization, and reduction of cycle time.
- Monitoring rejections and implementing control measures.
- Operator training and preventive maintenance coordination.
- Ensure machining quality and productivity
- Process planning, tooling, cycle time improvement, operator supervision
- CNC machining of valves, Drawing knowledge, measuring instruments

Preferred candidate profile Essential-

- CNC machining operation VTL, HMC, VMC, Lathes, Radial drill.
- Jigs & fixture design, machining process optimization.
- Quality assurance.
- HMC & VTL experience mandatory

Desirable- TPM, CNC programming, CAM software.
- MS Office.
