We are looking for Business Finance professionals based at Ahmedabad.

Strategic

- Establish robust processes for monitoring and controlling trade scheme spends across channels.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in scheme accounting, provisioning, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls and improve scheme settlement processes.
- Support business decision-making through analysis of scheme utilization and spend trends.

Financial

- Monitor trade scheme budgets, accruals, provisions, and actual spends.
- Ensure accurate accounting of trade promotions, sales incentives, rebates, and distributor claims.
- Review financial impact of schemes and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Track outstanding balances and ensure timely settlement and recovery of scheme-related transactions..

Operational

- Monitor and track all trade schemes, promotions, incentives, and discount programs.
- Perform periodic reconciliation of scheme accounts, distributor ledgers, and related GL accounts.
- Verify, validate, and process claims, credit notes, debit notes, and settlement requests.




- Manage set-off and adjustment processes against distributor/customer outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams for scheme approvals, closures, and claim validations.
- Prepare scheme utilization reports, ageing reports, reconciliation statements, and management MIS.
- Ensure timely provisioning, reversal, and closure of scheme liabilities.
- Support internal and statutory audits related to scheme accounting and commercial transactions.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with company policies and financial controls.
