We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Head to manage and oversee end-to-end logistics operations for our pulses and grains import-export business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including import, export, transportation and delivery.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, freight forwarders and vendors.

- Handle shipment planning, container movement, documentation and delivery schedules.

- Monitor logistics costs, freight charges and ensure cost-effective operations.

- Manage warehouse coordination, inventory movement and dispatch activities.

- Ensure timely clearance of import and export shipments.

- Handle logistics-related issues, delays and operational challenges.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and service providers.

- Monitor team performance and prepare daily,



weekly and monthly MIS reports.

- Ensure compliance with import-export regulations and logistics procedures.

Requirements:

- 5-6 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.

- Strong knowledge of import-export logistics and shipping operations.

- Experience in handling CHA, freight forwarding, transportation and warehouse coordination.

- Strong vendor management, negotiation and team leadership skills.

- Knowledge of import-export documentation and logistics costing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
