We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for managing 100+ Runner Boys/Blood Sample Collection Executives, Logistics Coordinators, route planning, and sample transportation operations across multiple locations.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Diagnostics, Pathology Lab, or Healthcare Logistics.

- Experience managing a large field team of 50+ executives.

- Expertise in route mapping, route optimization, and manpower planning.

- Solid knowledge of sample transportation and TAT management.

- Experience in fleet coordination, MIS reporting, and operational monitoring.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily sample collection and transportation activities.

- Ensure timely sample pickups and deliveries as per TAT.

- Manage field staff attendance, productivity, and deployment.

- Coordinate with collection centers, hospitals, and laboratory teams.

- Monitor logistics performance, costs, and service quality.
