Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Billing Executive & Logistics professional to handle billing, invoicing, documentation, order processing, and dispatch coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate GST-compliant billing, maintaining logistics records, coordinating with internal teams, and arranging transportation for timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate sales invoices based on sales orders and dispatch documents.
- Ensure timely billing in coordination with sales and dispatch teams.
- Prepare GST-compliant invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Track pending orders, billing status, and maintain customer billing records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth billing operations.
- Resolve issues related to pricing, taxes, and dispatch details.
- Update management on billing status and pending invoices.
- Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with transporters regarding vehicle availability and delivery schedules.

Required Skills





- Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing, Invoicing, and Logistics Operations.
- Good knowledge of GST billing and invoicing procedures.
- Experience in preparing GST invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Knowledge of e-way bills, delivery challans, and logistics documentation.
- Understanding of order processing and dispatch coordination.
- Ability to coordinate with sales, accounts, dispatch, and transport teams.
- Good knowledge of transportation arrangements and shipment tracking.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, trading, or logistics companies are preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in GST billing and invoicing are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in dispatch and transportation coordination will be preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge of e-way bills and delivery challans are preferred.
- Candidates with good communication and coordination skills are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
