Key Job responsibilities

Data Management

· Collect updated data from merchandising department on finished goods and maintain accurate records and provide support to other departments.

shipment Coordination

Collect weekly sailing schedules of Vessels from nominated forwarders and interact with concerned departments.

· Calculate volume of cargo (CBM) , for ensuring enough space allocation and to calculate the correct freight Pricing.

To arrange the Numbering of Cartons for ensuring accurate inventory management and for better tracking of shipment quantities.

Collect quantities/ detailed packing list or all relevant details brand wise from Sourcing dept for ensuring proper despatch details of goods are being sent to the customers.

Inventory Management

· Consolidate goods from all Vendors and get it transferred to the warehouse. Maintain accurate record with proper details of such goods got transferred to warehouse. Monitor stock levels and conduct regular check to ensure the accuracy of the stock level.

Documentation

Prepare invoices, packing list, delivery receipts and all other relevant shipping documents for ensuring smooth despatch of goods.

· Arrange to send the copies of shipping document to the concerned customers/clients/buying agents and also notify to them ETD and ETA of the shipment.

Collect buyer manual and follow up on the same.

Transportation





Arrange transportation for all incoming and outgoing shipment communicating with Transportation carriers.

Facilitate for moving cargo to ICD customs formalities and stuffing the goods.

Courier Service

Handle all the courier service activities locally and internationally, its documentation procedures, delivery arrangement, tracking of shipment etc and maintain such records of despatch along with its supporting documents.

Inspection

Communicate with internal team and arrange final inspection of the ready goods (Box snickering) and follow-up for Inspection Certificate, if required. Maintain the records of such inspection taken place.

Record Keeping in ERP

· Record all the activities in ERP software on daily basis for ensuring all logistics information and databases are updated in the system.

· Perform other duties assigned by MD/CEO or other Senior Management.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
