Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials. The candidate should possess strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage logistics operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Transportation

- - Plan and coordinate daily dispatches to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, shipment scheduling, and dispatch planning.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Resolve transportation-related issues and minimize delivery delays.
- Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation efficiency.
- Coordinate vehicle availability and maintain transportation schedules.

Customer Coordination

- - Communicate with customers regarding dispatch schedules, delivery status, and shipment updates.
- Address customer logistics-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with customers for delivery documentation and order fulfilment.

Vendor & Transporter Coordination

- - Liaise with transport vendors for freight negotiations and service quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers.
- Monitor transporter performance and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Coordinate with vendors for smooth material movement and delivery.





Warehouse & Internal Coordination

- - Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and dispatch teams for order execution.
- Ensure availability of stock before dispatch planning.
- Support inventory movement and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with finance for freight bills, invoices, and payment-related documentation.

Documentation & Compliance

- - Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including LR copies, e-way bills, invoices, PODs, and dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logistics reports and MIS.
- Verify freight bills and transportation invoices.

Reporting

- - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Monitor dispatch status, pending deliveries, and transportation performance.
- Analyze logistics costs and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

- - Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Diploma or Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be an added advantage.

Experience

- - Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Dispatch, or Warehouse Coordination.
- Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, minerals, industrial products, or FMCG industries will be preferred.

Required Skills
