Job Summary LA Excellence Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate Logical Reasoning Faculty member to teach both Analytical Reasoning and Critical Reasoning to students preparing for competitive examinations. The candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex reasoning concepts through structured teaching and practical examples.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Logical Reasoning with a focus on its two major components: Analytical Reasoning and Critical Reasoning.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, mock tests, and study materials aligned with competitive examination patterns.
- Explain reasoning concepts using systematic approaches, shortcuts, and effective problem-solving techniques.
- Assess student performance through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students improve logical thinking, analytical ability, accuracy, and time management.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual academic support.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet learning requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Robust command of both Analytical Reasoning and Critical Reasoning.
- Prior teaching experience in competitive examination coaching is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
- Experience teaching for CLAT, CAT, CUET, Banking, SSC, or other competitive examinations is an added advantage.

- Strong verbal communication and classroom presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex reasoning concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Ability to prepare quality questions, assessments, and practice materials.

Compensation Salary will be based on qualifications, teaching experience, subject expertise, and interview performance.
