Loan Sales Executive – Lead Generation & Login

1. Job Responsibilities

- Generate new customer leads through calling, references and field marketing.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation to customers.
- Collect customer documents and check basic eligibility.
- Prepare and complete loan files.
- Login loan applications with banks and NBFCs.
- Follow up with customers, banks and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with credit and operation teams until loan disbursement.
- Maintain daily lead and login reports.

1. Monthly Target

Minimum monthly login target 5 Files

Minimum 5 loan files per month

Across LAP, BT Loan, Car Loan and Used Car Loan products.

1. Business Incentive

- Additional incentive on successful business generation.

- Higher business performance may qualify for additional bonuses.

1. Required Skills

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Target-oriented working attitude.

1. Performance Expectations

- Minimum 5 files logged in every month.
- Regular lead generation and customer follow-up.
- Quality leads and genuine customer documentation.
- Focus on login, approval and disbursement.
