Job Title: Loan Manager – Gold Loan
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–7 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end gold loan transactions and customer service.
- Conduct gold appraisal as per company policies.
- Generate leads through BTL marketing, customer calling, and follow-ups.
- Contact inactive and prospective customers to generate business.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve business targets.
- Ensure timely service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company processes.
Required Skills:
- Customer handling, sales, lead generation, gold appraisal, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
