We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Life Skills & Soft Skills Trainers who can develop candidates' communication abilities, professional behaviour, interpersonal skills, confidence, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication Skills Training

- Train students in English communication and qualified conversation.
- Improve verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Conduct group discussions, public speaking, and presentation activities.
- Help candidates overcome hesitation and develop communication confidence.
- Conduct listening, speaking, and interpersonal communication exercises.

1. Life Skills Development

- Teach problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Develop decision-making and time-management abilities.
- Conduct sessions on emotional intelligence and stress management.
- Improve adaptability, teamwork, and interpersonal relationships.
- Train candidates in leadership, responsibility, and workplace ethics.
- Develop self-confidence, positive attitude, and personal discipline.

1. Corporate Soft Skills Training

- Deliver professional etiquette and workplace behaviour sessions.
- Train candidates on teamwork, collaboration,



and conflict management.
- Explain corporate culture, professional expectations, and workplace communication.
- Conduct email writing, telephone etiquette, and meeting etiquette sessions.
- Provide training on interview preparation and professional presentation.

1. Placement & Interview Readiness

- Conduct mock interviews for freshers and experienced candidates.
- Train candidates on resume presentation and self-introduction.
- Conduct HR interview preparation and frequently asked interview questions.
- Organize group discussions and aptitude-related communication activities.
- Prepare candidates for campus recruitment drives, job melas, and corporate interviews.
- Evaluate candidate performance and provide individual feedback.

1. Training Content & Assessment

- Prepare training modules, presentations, assignments, and activity-based learning materials.
- Conduct practical workshops, role plays, team activities, and assessments.
- Monitor individual student progress and training outcomes.
- Coordinate with the internal placement team to align training with actual employer expectations.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English; Telugu and Hindi are additional advantages.




- Ability to motivate students and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of personality development and employability training.
- Confidence in conducting classroom sessions and online workshops.
- Ability to design practical, interactive training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR, Psychology, English, Education, Management, or related fields preferred.
- Experience in soft skills training, personality development, communication training, or corporate training is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.
- Experience handling college students, graduates, and job seekers is an advantage.
- Certification in soft skills, life skills, or training and development is desirable.

Compensation
- Salary depends on experience, training capabilities, and qualifications.
- Experienced corporate trainers may be offered higher compensation.
- Full-time, part-time, and project-based training opportunities are available based on requirements.
