1.Perform 1st piece inspection and approval for all machined components before mass production begins.
2.Conduct in-process inspection as per control plan, drawing, and customer requirements.
3.Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, etc.
4.Ensure adherence to machining parameters and quality standards.
5.Identify non-conformities, document deviations, and coordinate with Machine Shop, QA, and Production teams for corrective actions.
6.Maintain inspection records, reports, and 1st piece approval documentation.
1. Monitor component quality during day and night shifts, ensuring continuous quality control.
2. Ensure proper handling, calibration, and upkeep of measuring instruments.
