Hiring: Liaison Executive (Electrical)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Liaison Executive for our Solar Energy projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with electricity departments, DISCOMs and government authorities for electrical approvals, grid connectivity and other project-related permissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with DISCOMs, electricity boards and relevant government departments.
- Handle liaison activities for solar project approvals and electrical connections.
- Coordinate for net metering, grid connectivity and electrical load sanction approvals.
- Follow up on CEIG approvals, electrical inspections and safety clearances.
- Coordinate for transformer installation, HT/LT connections and power evacuation approvals.
- Manage documentation, applications, NOCs and statutory permissions.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with electricity department officials and external agencies.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and project execution teams.
- Ensure timely completion of electrical approval processes.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in Electrical Liaison / Electrical Coordination.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy or Power Infrastructure projects preferred.
- Knowledge of DISCOM procedures, grid connectivity and electrical approvals.
- Understanding of HT/LT systems, transformers and electrical documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for project-related work.
