Job Title: Legal Associate

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 6 Months–1 years (SARFAESI experience preferred)

We are seeking a Legal Associate to handle matters under the SARFAESI Act, particularly Section 14 proceedings. Candidates with prior experience will be preferred; however, fresh law graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling SARFAESI Act matters, especially Section 14 applications

- Drafting and filing applications, notices, and legal documents.
- Coordinating with banks, advocates, district magistrate offices, and authorities.
- Following up on case status and maintaining legal records.
- Assisting seniors in legal research and case preparation.
- Attending court proceedings, if required.




- Ensuring compliance with legal timelines and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Law graduate (LLB) from a recognised university.
- Experience in SARFAESI / Section 14 matters will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of legal drafting and court procedures.
- Good communication Hindi, English, Telugu and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, (basic level).
- Drafting and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
