Role Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive corporate leasing and expand the ELP (Enterprise/Employee Leasing Program) portfolio. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard corporate clients for leasing solutions
- Generate leads and drive business development activities
- Negotiate commercial terms and close leasing deals
- Build and manage robust client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Key Requirements:
- Experience in corporate leasing / B2B sales / BFSI
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in business development
- Good understanding of Bangalore corporate market
Education:
UG: Any Graduate
