Role: Learning Operation
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Asia/EMEA
Contract: 12 Months
Required Skill
- 4-7 years of experience in Training Operations, Program Coordination and Administrative role.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Operations, HR, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with SharePoint, Corner Stone, Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to support activities outside regular working hours, as and when required for Asia regional coverage.
