Experience

- 6-8 yrs (Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Management)

Key Responsibilities:

1. High-Potential (HiPo) & Successor Development

- Manage structured development programs for high-potential employees and successors across all business functions.

- Support creation of IDPs and monitor & track effectiveness of development interventions through defined talent review processes.

1. Leadership Development

- Manage structured development programs for leadership (N-1/ N-2).

- Support creation of IDPs and monitor & track effectiveness of development interventions through defined talent review processes.
- Collaborate with external institutes, consultants, and learning partners where required.

1. Mentoring & Coaching Programs

- Manage mentoring programs for leadership and identified talent.

- Coordinate executive and leadership coaching interventions.
- Measure program impact and continuously improve mentoring and coaching effectiveness.

1. Development Interventions & Career Development:



Implement talent development interventions including:

- Job Shadowing/ Job Rotations

- Stretch Assignments
- Cross-functional Projects
- Development Centres
- Leadership Accelerator Program

1. Talent Assessment & Development Planning

- Support talent assessment processes using Konverz.ai, MyPLI

- Translate assessment outcomes into actionable development plans.
- Maintain talent development records and monitor progress against agreed development objectives.

1. Role-based Learning Pathways

- Design and establish structured learning pathways to develop technical & functional competencies for all roles across L&T; Renewables, aligned to RBO framework.

- Partner with functional leaders to validate learning pathways and assign pathways to employees.
- Create governance mechanisms to monitor pathway adoption, completion, proficiency improvement, and impact on role readiness and business performance.
