Role

- Technical lead for EV charging controller firmware team, up to 10 years’ experience, technical delivery focused role/no people management, owns firmware quality, architecture and end-to-end delivery, get hands-on when required

Key Responsibilities

- Own firmware architecture covering Embedded Linux RTOS, BSP, device drivers, controller application, communication interfaces, diagnostics and system integration
- Review and challenge software designs, source code, test coverage and implementation approaches
- Drive technical quality, reliability, maintainability and overall engineering standards
- Provide technical guidance through design reviews, debugging and problem solving
- Establish best practices in modular design, version control, documentation, testing, validation and release management
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, system/integration teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Lead resolution of complex technical issues and root-cause investigations




- Own firmware roadmap, continuous improvements, field validation and production releases

Desired Skills · Solid embedded firmware development experience; Having worked with ARM based controllers would be great

· Strong C/C++ programming skills; Experience with Embedded Linux and/or RTOS

· Linux internals, BSP and device driver development

· Hardware bring-up and hardware-software integration experience

· Any experience working in EV charging/ IoT – cloud connected system would be a pre.

· System integration, debugging and root-cause analysis

· Ability to work across system architecture, detailed design and implementation

· Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
