Role Description As a Lead Data Scientist at Leoforce, you will guide the design, development, and optimization of AI-driven recruiting solutions from our Hyderabad office in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate hiring challenges into data science problems and deliver production-ready models that drive measurable recruiting outcomes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include exploring and preparing data, building and evaluating statistical and machine learning models, designing experiments, and developing analytics to monitor model performance and fairness. You will mentor data science team members, establish best practices for data and model governance,



and contribute to the continuous improvement of Leoforce’s agentic AI capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with proven experience applying them to real-world business problems.
- Hands-on expertise in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to derive insights, test hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
- Proficiency in Data Visualization to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Python or R, SQL, and common machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience building and deploying models at scale, including model monitoring, performance optimization, and bias/fairness assessment.
- Background in designing A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to measure the impact of data-driven features.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor data professionals in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in HR tech, recruiting technology, or related domains is an advantage.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
