Job Purpose

Provide deep application expertise and hands-on implementation capabilities to configure support troubleshoot and continuously improve assigned.

Main Tasks & responsibilities

Act as the primary technical expert for assigned ServiceNow modules and platform components.
Configure maintain and optimize ServiceNow workflows forms business rules catalog items integrations and data structures.
Analyze troubleshoot and resolve incidents service requests and platform-related issues.
Implement approved changes enhancements and ServiceNow configurations.
Execute testing activities and support the deployment of platform releases and upgrades.
Maintain application documentation knowledge articles and work instructions.
Monitor platform performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.




Collaborate with Application Managers Engineers business users and external service providers to deliver effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with defined quality security and operational standards.

Experience Required-

Degree in Information Technology Business Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in ServiceNow administration configuration and application support and maintenance.
Strong functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow and related IT service management processes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration administration testing troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Valuable understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities module dependencies and application lifecycle management.
Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Request Change Problem Service Catalog and CMDB.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and quality-focused approach.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with business users technical teams and service providers.
