Process complex loan events, restructures, structured-credit waterfalls, financing transactions, interest/principal adjustments and royalty-related bookings.

Reconcile capital calls, distributions, fund commitments and GP statements. Investigate performance/management-fee variances and support instrument-specific valuations and quarterly change reporting. Coach junior analysts and improve procedures, controls and exception-routing.
