Role: Lead Architect – Real Estate

Experience: 7–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural design and planning for real estate projects.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design plans.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and approval requirements.
- Supervise the preparation of drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and design implementation.
- Ensure project designs meet quality, safety, and functionality standards.
- Manage project timelines, design budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.




- Review material specifications and suggest cost-effective design solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Solid experience in real estate and building design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
- Excellent design, planning, and project management skills.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
