- Data Scientist and take ownership of cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives that power real-world industrial automation systems. You'll architect and deploy production-grade machine learning models that directly impact critical infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy predictive models for industrial applications Build and maintain robust data pipelines for real-time sensor data ingestion, validation, and processing Implement safety-critical logic with bulletproof failsafes, redundancy checks, and emergency protocols Collaborate directly with the CTO on model architecture and strategic AI decisions Mentor Backend Engineers and AI Support Interns on ML best practices Handle industrial sensor data challenges including noise, sensor drift,



and connectivity drops Work closely with IoT Engineers on data integration from PLCs and SCADA systems Present technical findings and model performance metrics to stakeholders and investors Required Qualifications Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with proven industrial or IoT project background Robust expertise in Time-Series Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, or Predictive Maintenance Track record of shipping production AI systems (not just academic projects) Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy etc. Hands-on experience with real-time data processing frameworks (Apache Kafka, Stream Processing) Understanding of model deployment, containerization (Docker), and cloud ML pipelines Experience with industrial PLCs, SCADA systems, or control engineering (highly valued) .
