Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and Service Catalog development, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.Configure and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.Develop and manage Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides,



and workflow/flow automations.Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.Perform data migrations using Import Sets and Transform Maps.Develop notifications, scheduled jobs, and automation solutions.Participate in release management, deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements.Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Follow coding standards, perform unit testing, and maintain technical documentation.Required SkillsStrong ServiceNow development and customization experience.Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and JSON.Hands-on experience with:Experience designing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations, T.Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data migration activities.Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
