Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D;) Manager with expertise in product training, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and data analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and the ability to design, implement and evaluate effective training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify training requirements and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.
- Design, develop and implement product training programmes.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee knowledge and product understanding.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
- Analyze training data, prepare reports and maintain training dashboards.
- Track training effectiveness, employee performance and learning outcomes.




- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and MIS.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand training requirements and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
- Hands-on experience in product training.
- Exposure to Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong data analytics, reporting and presentation skills.
- Valuable communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness using data-driven insights
