WTF (wtf.fitness) is India's full-stack fitness company: 11 brands on one operating system - WTF Gyms (60 premium gyms of our own), WTF Powered (~200 partner gyms we run for their owners), WTF Franchise, Metaboliq (doctor-led weight-loss programme), EVRYDAY nutrition and WTF Academy. ~270 gyms, 85,000+ members. Our frontline - trainers, membership and PT sales, front desk, gym managers and inside-sales teams - is the product, and we are building a training academy that runs like Urban Company's or a Taj hotel's.

Not for corporate lecturers, e-learning content designers or freelance motivational trainers.

What you own

- The whole training system for every frontline person across 60+ gyms and our central sales teams: induction academy, sales, grooming, hospitality, communication and SOP certification.
- Build and lead a team of 5-6 trainers (sales, process, grooming/hospitality,



communication).
- Every recent joiner certified before they face a member; weekly floor audits; refreshers where numbers dip.
- Measure training in business numbers: membership and PT conversion, member NPS, 90-day attrition, audit scores.
- Work hand in hand with HR, gym managers and sales heads; report to the founders.

Who fits

- 7-12 years in training, at least 3 leading frontline training across many locations - Urban Company, hotels, QSR, retail chains, airlines, gym/fitness chains, consumer startups.
- You have personally trained on the floor, not only managed vendors.
- Comfortable in Hindi and English; travels across NCR weekly.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full-time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 12-18 LPA.
