· Monitor daily delivery operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.

· Coordinate with delivery partners, vendors, and stores for smooth operations.

· Manage rider deployment, attendance, and productivity.

· Resolve operational and rider-related issues.

· Track key performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.

· Handle customer and business escalations.

· Ensure compliance with operational processes and SOPs.

· Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
