Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Lab Technician with hands-on expertise in Hematology and Biochemistry, along with knowledge of Frozen Section techniques. The candidate should be capable of independently handling routine laboratory operations while maintaining accuracy, quality standards, and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine and specialised laboratory investigations in Hematology and Biochemistry.
- Handle sample collection, processing, preparation, and analysis.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and automated analysers.
- Perform quality control procedures and ensure accuracy of test results.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with laboratory protocols.




- Have practical knowledge of Frozen Section techniques and related sample-handling procedures.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, infection control, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the technical team and pathologists for smooth laboratory operations.

Mandatory Requirements
- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT qualification.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
- Hands-on experience in both Hematology and Biochemistry.
- Knowledge and practical exposure to Frozen Section techniques.
- Valuable understanding of laboratory quality control and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage routine laboratory operations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
