Job Summary

AVM Labs is looking for a PhD-qualified scientist for our clinical laboratory. You will work on serum-based testing platforms (photometry, ECLIA, HPLC, hematology, microscopy, LC-MS, ICP-MS, microarray), act as the technical point of contact for clients, verify reports, support NABL audit and compliance, and evaluate new test parameters.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform technical validation of results, review critical values, and flag trends and discrepancies before reports are released.
- Review and verify reports for accuracy, clinical correlation and format before authorization.
- Troubleshoot instrument and assay issues. Coordinate with vendors and application specialists for calibration, maintenance and service.
- Perform sample collection (venipuncture and blood draw) when required, following safe phlebotomy practice.
- Act as the technical liaison for clients such as hospitals, clinics, corporate accounts and referring doctors.
- Handle complaints and result-related queries, and document root cause and corrective action.
- Identify current tests and parameters through literature review and market and clinical needs.
- Plan and run method verification and validation: precision, accuracy, linearity, carryover,



interference and reference interval verification.
- Manage the NABL process end to end: documentation, application, internal audits, management review, assessment readiness and closure of non-conformities.
- Manage CAPA, non-conformance tracking, measurement uncertainty and method comparison.
- Ensure equipment calibration, traceability and reagent and lot verification records are maintained and Support internal and external audits, including client and regulatory audits.

Requirements
- PhD in Biochemistry / Biotechnology.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience (laboratory, research or clinical).
- Age below 30 years.
- Ability to collect blood samples.
- Own laptop (mandatory).
- Willingness to work from the office in Coimbatore or Bangalore.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
- Mobile and laptop allowance: Rs. 2,000 per month (Included in CTC).
- A personal laptop is mandatory; the company does not provide one.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
