We are looking for enthusiastic, smart, and proactive candidates with a robust understanding of hospitality operations and a passion for practical learning.

Eligibility & Requirements

BHMCT / IHM Graduate.

Freshers and recent pass-out candidates are encouraged to apply.

Good theoretical knowledge of all four core hospitality departments.

Industrial Training / Internship exposure in all four core departments:

Food Production

Food & Beverage Service

Front Office

Housekeeping

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to assist and manage students during practical sessions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Help faculty members in conducting hospitality practical sessions.

Maintain and manage kitchen, restaurant, front office and housekeeping laboratories.

Prepare ingredients, equipment, tools and materials before practical classes.





Demonstrate basic hospitality operations and maintain practical standards.

Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and food safety in laboratories.

Guide and assist students during food production and food service activities.

Maintain lab inventory, equipment records and daily operational registers.

Ensure the proper upkeep and readiness of all hospitality training labs.
