- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve banking-related customer queries.
- Provide 75% customer service and 25% cross-selling.
- Maintain call quality and handle 100-150 calls daily.
- Achieve individual and team targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate mandatory.
- Minimum sales experience required (Freshers not eligible).
- Age: 18-30 years.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Employment gap not more than 6 months.
Salary: 3.7LPA + Incentives up to 5,000/month. Working Hours: 9-hour rotational shift (between 8 AM and 8 PM).
