About the Job: We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end hiring. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Reporting Manager - Manager - Human Resource

Department - Human Resource

Location - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:





- Source and conduct basic screening of candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain ATS (Keka Hire) and track hiring progress
- Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives
- Assist in building talent pipelines and recruitment reports

Qualification:

- Recently completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Psychology Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- Graduates with 0–1 year experience are welcome.

Competency

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive networking and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
