1. Job Overview

Sixphrase is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and dedicated candidates for the position of Junior Talent Acquisition Executive (Junior TA) at Erode. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling recruitment-related calls, candidate coordination, hiring follow-ups, report preparation, and daily recruitment activities.

2. Make hiring-related calls to candidates.
3. Explain job opportunities and recruitment requirements to candidates.
4. Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
5. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Maintain candidate details and recruitment records.
7. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
8. Update recruitment status and candidate information.
9. Coordinate with the internal hiring team and management.

Monitor interview attendance and selection updates.
11. Complete assigned reporting activities on time.
12. Support additional recruitment activities as required by management.

13. Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree or relevant undergraduate qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Candidates should be interested in recruitment and coordination activities.

1. Salary and Advantages

For Freshers:
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000.

For Experienced Candidates:
- Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and interview performance.
