Role Summary The Junior Executive Stores (Hospitality) will be responsible for taking complete ownership of day-to-day stores operations at NOM-NOM, Khar, including receiving, stock control, material issuance, and documentation, in coordination with Finance and Operations.

- Reporting to: Manager Central Stores

- Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)
- Industry Hospitality/FMCG with relevant stores experience and operations .
- Compensation: Competitive not a constraint for the right candidate

Key Responsbilities

- Receive supplies and verify quantities, condition, and supporting delivery documents.
- Check applicable shelf-life and expiry details at the time of receipt.

- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, returns, and balances.
- Issue materials against authorised requirements from kitchen and operating teams.
- Follow FIFO and first-expiry, first-out (FEFO) practices, as applicable.

- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the stake holders




- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile differences fortnightly
- Maintain suitable storage conditions, cleanliness, and material identification.

- Coordinate invoice and receipt documentation with Procurement and Finance.
- Report shortages, wastage, damage, and near-expiry stock promptly and effectively
- Identify and separate the slow moving and obsolete stock and update the management about the same and co ordinate with other stores to mitigate the risk of expiry and write off

- Support central stores manager with required data as and when required and assist to implement and perform transactions on SAP completely

Required Skills & Competencies

- Hospitality stores operations and record maintenance
- Handson experience with SAP stores entries
- basic Excel or inventory software and basic checks on receipts

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- effective communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Hotel Management, Commerce, Logistics, or Materials Management

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Stores.
- Solid exposure to Hospitality/FMCG stores ops on SAP and at actuals
