Responsibilities

- Manage product development and order execution from sampling to shipment.

- Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams.

- Follow up with vendors and suppliers to meet production timelines.

- Track approvals, production schedules, and shipments.

- Coordinate with buyers for sample approvals, revisions, and product updates.

- Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards.

- Maintain product specifications, sample records, and development documents.

- Assist with product costing, consumption calculations, and price comparisons.

- Build strong relationships with buyers and support product presentations.

Requirements

- Experience in merchandising or export operations.

- Knowledge of product development and order execution.

- Understanding of materials, components, and production processes.

- Experience working with international buyers or export houses.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
