Job Tile - Junior NPI Engineer

Department - Mechanical

Job Location - Noida

Years of Experience: 2 years

Role summary

Take new products from design to production by managing vendors, the shop floor, and cross functional teams so that components and sub-assemblies are built on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

● Perform and Document First Article Inspection (FAI)

● Plan and execute NPI projects from prototype to production

● Manage vendors for part manufacturing (follow-ups, quality, delivery timelines)

● Coordinate with design, engineering, quality, procurement, and production teams ● Track project timelines, costs, and milestones

● Oversee part-making and manufacturing,



with regular vendor and shop-floor visits

● Update stakeholders on project status and resolve issues quickly.

● Validate custom components, sub-assemblies according to specifications

Qualification

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience

Preferred Experience

● 2 years of experience in NPI, project management, manufacturing, or product development. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.

● Industry or product-specific NPI experience
